Items only processed on working days - Orders placed on Friday for Next Day will be delivered Tuesday.

Please note that although we endeavour to offer a next day delivery service "URGENT", this service is NOT GUARANTEED, as this be affected by unforeseen circumstances. We will do our absolute best, but please be aware that this cannot be guaranteed and we will not refund orders or delivery charges due to late deliveries.

*All orders placed via Royal Mail Tracked (Next Day) Delivery before 12pm Monday-Thursday are delivered the next working day via either Royal Mail or a Courier. Orders received after Thursday 12PM may not be delivered until the following Tuesday.
Orders are delivered Monday to Saturday inclusive.

Please note: We will deliver to the billing/delivery address you supplied on your order. We cannot be held responsible if the address is incorrect and results in non-delivery. In these circumstances we will wait for the item to be returned back to us before we can re-send it out to you again at a corrected address (there is an additional postage charge for resending it out again).

Orders not Received
We request that we are notified within 10 working days of your dispatch email if an order has not been received. Unless we are notified within this timescale we are not obliged to issue a reprint for a missing parcel.
In all circumstances we will issue a reprint for any missing/delayed parcel after the 10 working days has elapsed as it may still arrive.
Please Note: Refunds will not be given against missing parcels, in all events we will issue an immediate reprint.
Once items have started production and been personalised, we are unable to cancel and orders will stand
